We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. This includes England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations.

Free tracked delivery on every order. There is no minimum spend and no additional shipping charge regardless of the number of items ordered.
Because every MedalMount holder is 3D-printed to order in your chosen colour, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent tracked service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships.
Total expected timeframe from order to delivery: 4–7 working days.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address when your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot. Most carriers will make a second delivery attempt automatically.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@medalmount.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
Please note that during periods of high postal demand (Christmas, bank holidays) delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Orders are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. We use minimal, recyclable packaging in line with our commitment to responsible manufacturing.
For orders of 10 or more units (club kits, event prizes, corporate gifting), bespoke lead times and delivery arrangements may apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before ordering.
