Made to order: MedalMount holders are 3D-printed individually in your chosen colour when you place your order. Under Regulation 27(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer's specification may be exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. We nonetheless offer a fair returns process as set out below.
These returns terms apply to purchases made from Tahir Alvi trading as MedalMount.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will offer you the choice of:
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@medalmount.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the issue. You will not be required to return a damaged item.
If you receive the wrong size or colour, contact us at info@medalmount.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange collection of the incorrect item.
Because our holders are printed to your specification (size and colour chosen at point of order), we are not required to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the item is unused and in its original condition, we will consider a goodwill return at our discretion.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us confirming the return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
For bulk orders (10+ units), bespoke return arrangements may apply. Please contact us before placing a large order to discuss terms.
Your statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
